College of Pharmacy and Science), Howard has a clear understanding of how the bodyís muscular system and metabolism works, and how they can be influenced in order to increase strength, stamina and overall optimal performance. Howard has won numerous awards and recognition in the areas of bodybuilding and personal training and currently holds state records in PA and NJ for bench press. When not at the gym, Howard enjoys cooking and bike riding.
Scott is a certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist through the American Aerobic Association International (AAAI) and the International Sports Medicine Association (ISMA). Scott is well versed in numerous aspects of personal training and nutrition including Natal/Post-Natal Training, Speed and Agility Training, Bridal Training, Circuit Training, and teaching people how to eat a balanced diet. Scott brings to his sessions that extra push and motivation that helps his clients achieve their goals.

Marcelle incorporates is knowledge of Martial Arts (Vita Saana), Boxing, MMA, Gracie Jiujitsu, and Free Style Wrestling along with Strength Training and Total Body Fitness to aid his clients in achieving their fitness goals.
Kristin is a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Consultant through the National Personal Training Institute and AAAI/ISMA. She has a bachelors degree in Sports Management with a minor in Coaching from Mount Ida College and is also the schools' all-time leading scorer in basketball. She was involved in sports her entire life, which instilled her with a passion for fitness. "I love helping others succeed and make a difference in their lives. There is no greater reward than having a hand in helping someone achieve their fitness goals." Kristin offers post-rehabilitative, weight loss, strength and conditioning, and sport specific training which is all focused on proper functional movements and progressions. Every program is challenging, fun, and designed specific to each individuals' goals.
David is an experienced certified personal trainer through the American Aerobic Association International (AAAI) and International Sports Medicine Association (ISMA). He specializes in beginner workout programs and has experience working with physically challenged individuals. His personal training focus is on easing his clients into a steady and manageable routine combined with regular nutritional advice and management.

An accomplished fitness professional, Lauren Klotzbach brings a wealth of health and fitness knowledge to all her clients. A former top ranked Australian junior tennis player, Lauren originally moved to the United States to pursue a NCAA Division 1 college tennis scholarship at Temple University. After many years focused on her own athletic performance and fitness, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science and began to share her expertise with others. Since then, Lauren has developed a unique fitness training system with an emphasis on precise biomechanics resulting in optimal fitness for better health and wellbeing. To sum up her attributes best, Lauren has a unique ability to adapt exercise programs to meet specific needs and goals, all while making exercise more enjoyable and rewarding for her clients. Bernice didn’t take her health seriously until she was in her 50s, when her doctor warned her to “make a lifestyle change or die!” When a friend opened a fitness center, she jumped at the opportunity to manage the aerobic and nutrition areas. Within the first year, she had certifications in personal training, nutrition, and more. Bernice has since won numerous Bodybuilding competitions including 21 1st Place and Overall trophies, and induction into the National Amateur Bodybuilders Association Hall of Fame.
