Ferris Davis

His interest in physical fitness began with martial arts training, over 30 years ago. He is currently a 3rd Degree Black Belt in the Shaolin Pa Lung Fa martial arts system. He currently trains students in both martial arts and self-defense, in Philadelphia and New York City. Ferris is also a professional bodyguard.
His fitness philosophy is, “Regardless of age and/or physical capacity anyone can be personally fit!” Furthermore, he states, “A person’s ability to achieve personal fitness can be attained through persistent dedication, consistent hard work, and well guided modifications.” Ferris reminds his clients that one’s busy lifestyle, physical condition, and/or current health status should not deter them from realizing their desired fitness goals

Bryan Adler

Bryan has more than 10 years in the fitness industry. He began his fitness career while in college at Penn State. He started off working in corporate fitness before moving on to commercial facilities and founding FitYou Fitness, LLC. Bryan employs a synergy of multiple fitness disciplines to achieve fast, effective, and long term results for his clients. Bryan exposes his clients to a variety of training methods including kettlebells, high-intensity training, strength and conditioning, and sophisticated Olympic style movements. In addition to strength and cardiovascular conditioning Bryan will work with his clients to establish nutritional goals and benchmarks in order to find the long term success that too often evades so many of us.

Jill Mennella

Jill is a NASM and IFA Certified Personal Trainer. She was previously an actress in NYC, and when a producer told her she needed to lose weight to keep her job on a TV show, she turned to a personal trainer for help. The experience ended up transforming her body but more importantly, it transformed her life. She no longer felt like a slave to failing diets and she finally felt free in her mind, body and soul. This experience inspired her to become a trainer so she could help others have the same experience. She developed her own training method , Freeform Fitness, which is based on the philosophy of training the body as a whole, in order to develop a solid foundation for highly efficient workouts with optimum results. Jill also makes sure that the workouts are always new and creative, so that her clients are having fun and constantly reaching new goals.
